REY L. FUENTES is Chairman of  MarketWorks Asia and the Team Director for engagements in Hotel Project Development and Management.  He brings with him 33 years of professional experience of directing marketing and business development strategies in the top management level.  With an excellent track record in market development, marketing management, project syndication, and sales of consumer and real estate products. He has held senior positions in companies like Ayala Land, the Pryce Properties, and the CDCP Group of Companies.  He has years of excellent experience as well in hotel management and resort marketing.  He was General Manager of Pryce Plaza in Cagayan de Oro City, of the Holiday Plaza in Cebu, of The Parklane Hotel Cebu, MGM in Boracay, and currently, of Montebello Hotel.  Rey has extensive involvement in strategic planning and marketing of real estate developments including the Cebu Business Park and the Asiatown IT Park, and in selling residential condominiums.  Educated and trained at the ULI Real Estate School in Washington DC, USA, the De la Salle University Manila (MBA and Business Administration), and Xavier University.

President and CEO of MarketWorks, GLADYS S. CENIZA, has a proven track record of close to 20 years in marketing management, business development, and management consulting.  Most of her career has been in the real estate industry, especially in market planning, market strategy and execution, business and market develoment, and customer experience management.  Gladys was Vice President for AboitizLand, Marketing Manager for Ayala Land Vismin, and Vice President for SInga Properties Marketing Corp. She also brings with her years of management consulting exposure with Andersen Consulting (formerly SGV Consulting) and Singa, in fields of market research and strategic planning.  

With a Master in Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management, and a BS Economics degree (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines Diliman.  She has been trained at the University of Michigan, the Cranfield University in UK, and the Urban Land Institute in the US.

RAMONCITO O. CRUZ, a Director of Marketworks is the Founding Creative Director and CEO of Mediawise, a state-of-the-art design studio.  He is an award-winning painter, and was Sales Director of Sining Makulay Cable Television and Special Projects Director of the Manila Chronicle.  He is also the publisher of MUSE -- a magazine on Philippine culture and travel. He graduated with a Fine Arts degree from the University of Santo Tomas.  

GILDA C. MANIWANG is the Enterprise Leader for Accounting and IT Solutions.  She brings with her close to 20 years experience in Accounting, Business Systems Analysis, and Project Management for Systems Development and Implementation Projects in different companies in Cebu and Manila.  As a Certified Public Accountant, she has set up and managed the accounting and management information systems of financial companies (Platinum Holdings of the Gaisano Group and Wealthbank), hotels (Waterfront Hotel Mactan and Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa) and software / telecom-munications companies (Systems Standards, Inc. and  Save ‘N Earn) and of clients of her own Accounting Firm.  She has a track record in the implementation of various off-the-shelf software applications, such as SunSystems Financials, Quickbooks and MYOB Financial Software.  She is trained and highly proficient in office applications and database programs, including Microsoft SQL. 

She is currently doing accounting system setup, business systems analysis, as well as software marketing for companies in the Philippines and those outsourced by US companies.

She holds a BS Accountancy degree from the University of San Carlos, and finished her Management Development Program at the University of San Jose-Recoletos.

CECILLE ANOG-TO is a veteran in real estate sales and is a licensed real estate broker. She was a pioneering member of the sales team of AboitizLand and over 15 years in real estate sales, she led the strong performance of in- house sales campaigns for North Town Homes, Mahogany Grove, Molave Highlands, Pristina North, Briza, and Kishanta. She holds an Economics degree from the University of San Carlos.

TERESA JANE REYNES  is the expert on Broker Management, aside from being a licensed realtor herself. With more than 20 years of experience in the Aboitiz Group, 10 of which were with the Land company, she was involved in the setup of programs and strategies to sell the properties of the Group, as well as the broker management program for the residential developments of AboitizLand. She holds an MBA from the University of the Philippines and a business degree major in Economics from the Lyceum of the Philippines.
